"I went there twice (at the drive) and twice there was a mistake. the first was a bad order (opening, world. I can understand) so I didn't say anything. the second, on the other hand, for my guests and I made a big order ( 65€ ) and they forgot a burger. So I found myself eating fries! I called to report it and the person (the deputy director) told me that it was not worth to get angry (on a non-hair tond) and that to apologize it will offer me the missing burger next time .... so I noticed that still happy he "offers the burger" since I paid it!!!!!!!!! a gag!!! I didn’t have anything else because the franchisee decreed that it was his money and that it was out of the question of offering me anything! It will be the last time for me!!!!"
