"Hard rock cafe has always been a landmark for us when travelling so we always want to visit. Unfortunately this time we left feeling dissatisfied with the experience. The atmosphere is always great here, nice rock music and amazing wall art and decor. The food was the let down. It felt quite bland and just a standard tasting burger with nothing special about it. It was just okay but due to the price of €20-24 it becomes a hard pill to swallow. All in all we spend €70 on 2 burgers, onion ring tower, 2 drinks. The chips were barely hot, 3/5 temperature. The staff. One staff member was great, very friendly, perhaps the manager, Lively and bouncy and welcoming. Our server was okay, not too thrilled to be serving and sometimes was hard to get attention. Overall, it was a 3/5. I wouldn't recommend as there was nothing special about the restaurant compared to other options within Brussels. Perhaps if there was authentic Belgium fries on the menu, or even flemish beef stew it could be more of a hotspot."

"Excellent meal! We went 2x during our holidays and the burgers were very good. I highly recommend cheesy jalapeno burger and the royal chicken burger. The beers of the house are also very good and cheap."

"The Yenkomo burger was great, as were the drinks. The kids really enjoyed their chicken drumsticks as well. The food arrived really quickly as well. All of that combined with the great atmosphere makes this place a must."

"The first floor of the place is nice to sit at, but the second one isn't. Chairs are uncomfortable, tables were very dirty, and we received zero attention. We waited close to an hour to be served after having to chase the person working a couple of time, then we also had to wait a very long time to receive the bill and in the end they couldn't split it. The crowd also sitting upstairs was very loud, and so was the music which made it very difficult to talk and not very cosy to sit in and hanged out. For the rest if you are downstairs it is nice, and they have good cocktails the staff is friendly."
