"It?s really hard to beat the value at Cookout, especially when you consider the quality of the food. I really like the burgers, and the choice of sides is unique, like the cheeseburger quesadilla, and white cheddar bites. It isn?t the healthiest option in town, but it?s almost always tasty, and very reasonable prices. Docked one star because lately I have to check my order at the window after getting home two trips in a row to find my order was missing something. I run a business as well so I understand how hard it is to find and keep good employees right now, so I try to be more understanding of errors."

"Recently moved to Cary and tried a few pizza places. Tony. Vs is by far the favorite of my family. The pizza is constantly good, the staff is friendly and somehow it is always ready in 15-20 minutes, which is great because we order last minute all the time!"

"I ordered my nuggets cooked to order because McDonalds nuggets are difficult to chew when they’re old or cold. The attendant at the window was very pleasant and told me that my fries and nuggets were both very hot and fresh. The fries were definitely fresh, but either they are warming up old nuggets or they just decided to give me what was under the warmer. Either way, I know fresh McDonalds nuggets when I eat them. It was after midnight and I had decided not to complain and just eat them, but I looked in my bag and my apple pie that I had ordered was not there. I circled back around and told the attendant that had helped me earlier, and she brought the evening manager over. He was completely apathetic and told me that what I received was fresh, and then tried to make a big deal because I had eaten 4. I guess common sense kicked in and he told me that he would get me 6 “fresh” nuggets. Meanwhile, the young lady was about to give me the apple pie that I had already paid for, but I heard the jackass manager tell her that I was going to have to pay for it. He brings back a 6 piece that were probably the same 6 nuggets that he took the first time because they were hard to chew as well. I’ll pass by this location next time and go somewhere else."

"I usually stop here and get a proper service. tonight they made a mistake to fill my order and became rude and argumentative. the one who leaned out of the window was rude and dismissed and told me a mathe teacher I couldn't count. actually she has counted the reception wrong and read incorrectly and refused to get the manager. when escalated, the manager has sworn us without correction of their rude and ignorant employees. When she was done, I gave her the acknowledgement and told her to correct her. she looked at it and got the rest of my order. I know it's hard to get good help at any price. the quality of the personal leaves much to be desired. when they buy here, check their order before they leave."
