"The people who worked the layer when we were there attentive and friendly! this is the only reason for a 3-star rating! we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. we had to clean our table and our seats with handsanitary and serviettes. it seemed little to no attention to cleanliness. the floors were dirty and the tables and chairs were dirty. the drinking station was not clean, it was sticky and creepy. if they ask for serviettes because there is no available, is more of a load than a convenient! I made photos, but since the personal was so friendly, I decided not to post them. the days you could eat more pommes than you could eat. the burgers were cooked to order and were delicious, but much over price. used to really love this place, but not sure we will ever return. there is no reason to pay so much for a hamburger, and certainly never any reason to sanitate the place before they can sit and eat! cleanliness of the es pane was a failure. it is a scandal, because this location is the perfect location in the beautiful city chattanooga! This five-year location was a total disappointment!"

"Our waitress was awful. We ordered salads with our meal, our meal came out first and we told the runner we had order salads. Did not get them till we through with our meal. Of course it was to late. She never checked to see if we needed anything. Bad experience."

"We've been out of town for about a week, and we haven't had much luck with a good meal. That was our last night in town and we decided to eat here in Pucketts. Our service name was Ellie she asked where we were out and I had told her Florida she came from the same place we did, so a small world she was amazing about her personality as she cared for us was 5 stars definitely asking for her. My husband got the Piggy Mac and cheese it was one of her special dishes it came with a small pancake on it he said it was very good and he is a picky. I got fried chicken sandwich that had some of the best pickles I ever had on them and it was the first time I fries sweet potatoes and they were delicious also I had you Apple Kicker It was so good that it came with whipped cream and ice cream. So-and-so if you're new to the city definitely go there 1. Since there are not very many good places safe in Chattanooga that was quite disappointing from the south in Georgia, but I live in Florida and I love good South Cook I found none of them on this trip the next I was Paula Dean's kitchen. So next time you ask for allies and I am sure you will enjoy and not be disappointed. Thank you. Ellie, we're doing good here last night, maybe we're gonna be back in Hometown for 1 day."
