"Well, if you like to eat but not talk this is a great place. The food is good but the place, very noisy. We happened to be there on a night right after a heavy rain. A generator was running trying to empty water from the parking lot. It was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. Someone in our party asked the manager to turn it off and they complied, but even then, it was still very loud. I would go back for the food but not for conversation."

"They need better staff. My waitress was not attentive to customers instead was socializing with coworkers and her finger nails impede her from holding the dishes. Also the beer was lacking flavor and my skirt steak was overseasoned. I came in expecting a good new hangout place but it was not. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"I decided to take my kids to steak and shake yesterday. What a disappointment. Steak and shake is no longer a family friendly restaurant. You have to order from a kiosk that is extremely limited. Cannot customize your order. The order was taking long. My son asked for a cup. To get water. The lady charged ten $2.49 for a 10 ounce Styrofoam cup. I have the receipt to prove it. At this rate. This location should just shut down. I do not recommend anyone to visit. This location. At all. Does steak and shake location is on? Sunrise Blvd. In sunrise, FL. Close to Sawgrass Mills."
