"There is a reason this location has low ratings. I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for my order. They made me drive around the front with 2 other cars. I waited and waited, and finally I went back through the drive through to say I want a refund, I no longer need my food after waiting 24 minutes. They would not give me a refund, just offered me a cake or drink, which I declined. The supervisor told me they were under staffed. I could see 6 employees walking around. He said 2 are training, two are leaving and nothing he can do about it. I waited another 5-7 minutes for them to give me me small order (just a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings). The fries were burnt and only had about 10 in the package, the onion rings were small and had about 6 in the package, the hamburger was cold and the chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold. Pretty sure they gave me old ones that had been sitting there for an hour or more. VERY disappointed. I will call the manager (supervisor said manager payton was out of town). I love KFC, but I will NEVER go to the Draper location ever again. BE AWARE of poor service and POOR quality of food!!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!!! SO the total time, took me over 30 minutes to get my order! UNBELIEVABLE!"

"I've been to some smash burgers that are booming with business. This is not one of them. We went around 5:30 only to be the only people in the restaurant. There were a few people who came in and picked up orders while we are so we weren't the only people. As we walked up, we weren't even sure it was open. Inside the restaurant was grungy and it felt dirty. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the floor was speckled with food. There was no music or background anything which gave off a creepy vibe. Now the restaurant didn't look nice and felt like you would expect if you walked into a restaurant that had been abandoned. But that being said the food was really good! It was a fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good and the workers were very friendly. We got the brisket burger and avocado burger with sweet potato fries. It was a bit on the salty side, but still really good! Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location has probably made this our last smash experience. At least for a while..."

"Great food, good atmosphere. We had the Apex BBQ Brisket Burger and the Crabby Patty Wagon, both really delicious. The desserts were yummy too. I had the bread pudding warm with caramel, and vanilla ice cream."

"There are not many places to eat so far on the bank. I've been driven by this place for years and never protected. It looked like, but we were just waiting for a few minutes. They had a lot of staff and the servers were good. We started with the Sushi Nachos or something. You were good. Nicely surprised. I had a brisket sandwich and it was okay. The fish tacos were good. All in all, it was a good experience. We will return."
