"I have done the buffet a few times and it was always good , well once not great when I arrived later than normal, 730 ish The earlier you go the better off you are (like any buffet). There is a good selection of salads with real bacon bits. Main course items of note: Butter chicken, ribs,fresh buns, includes dessert and fountain pop for just under $20 bucks. Never too busy any time I have gone so that's kind of nice. Be warned, menu choice is very minimal if not going for the buffet. Afterwards I recommend checking out the roof top lounge with one of the best views of the city below you."

"The restaurant was empty. Yes, we waited for an hour to eat. our waitress who first came to our table and told her she will serve us. just leave us shortly after and this is the only energy I will spend on this evaluation, I don't have the time of the day for restaurants that want to work like that."

"Years ago the Beachouse , as this restaurant was called then, was our go to lunch and dinner spot. So, with new owners, same great location and riverfront city view and an over 4 star rating we had our hopes up. Here are some of my...families suggestions for making the experience better than average. One, please turn on the heat in the winter( all of us young and old had to keep our coats on). Two, its clear that the restaurant focuses on beef burgers; the one my grand daughter had was excellent as were the two appetizers we had (calamari and crab stuffed mushroom caps), the three orders of fish and chips were good especially the fish and the french fries which were fresh cut, the coleslaw was not to anyone 's liking. Finally, I had the bbq rib special; I gave the same review for the fries and coleslaw as the others. I was really looking forward to trying the three different bbq sauced ribs but I could not differentiate the taste from one to another, and the ribs did not come hot but just warm (I like my food hot it cools off fast enough in a cold building). The quantity of food was acceptable and the burger was actually a larger than normal portion. The price reasonable. If the Sandbar grill can up its game a bit it would be difficult to find a seat without a reservation as it once was years ago as the Beachhouse"
