"Modern lodgings at a great location: right next to a beautiful lake, and very convenient when travelling between Stockholm and Oslo as it is right next to the road. On the downside, it is right next to the road, and the proprietors are well aware that some road noise is inevitable, as they provided free ear plugs for guests. Personally, I did not find the road noise particularly distracting, and indeed had a great night 's sleep. My wife went for a swim in the lake in the morning, and assured me that the water is bloody cold in October. Still, it is really convenient right outside the room. Breakfast in our case meant a bag with breakfast food in the fridge; a decent selection, though obviously mostly cold. I would have liked a cup of tea instead of instant coffee, but it does wake you up. As we staid during the off-season, most facilities were closed by the time we arrived, but we received a code to get our keys very easily in the evening. Theoretically, we could even have used the small kitchen to cook something up. Overall, a very clean and comfortable stay for travelers, with plenty of facilities for longer stays too."
