"連休最終日の夕飯に､ ステーキを頂きました。 赤身リブロースを食べましたが、 柔らかく、食べやすいお肉でした。 と、ここまでは良かったのですが、 タブレットメニューでは、 焼き方もステーキソース注文出来ない! なので、ミディアムレア手前のステーキが、前触れなしにテーブルにドン! 『付属された焼石で、お好きな加減に 熱を入れてお召し上がり下さい。』 との事ですが、いつもウェルダンな私には、焼石一つでは足りず、焼石のお代わりを頼みました。直ぐに、運んで頂き有り難いのですが、この焼石お代わりは、 別皿に載せられ運ばれて来る為、そのまま使用する羽目にテーブルは、ハネ油でベタベタになり、何とも汚らしい食卓へ ステーキソースは、甘辛フルーツニンニクソースが、これまた勝手に付いてきます。 私は、嫌いな味ではなかったのですが、 妻には合わなかった様で、ご機嫌斜めに せっかくの、タブレットメニューならば、焼き加減とステーキソース位は、オーダー出来ると嬉しいなぁ。まぁ、お値打価格で売っているので、ある程度は、仕方が無いとは思いますけど あと、コロナ対策は、万全で、努力されていて、そこは、評価しますが、サラダバーの飛沫防止幕が邪魔で、奥側の商品が見えづらい。取りづらい。結構、掴みそこねたり、落としたりで!ケース内が、ワヤ苦茶になってました。また、トングを使用する手に、ビニール手袋をするのですが、ビニール手袋の取り出しの祭、手袋の指先部分を触れなければ取り出せず、汚染されているかもしれない手で、摘んだら、余り意味が無い様な気がします。 ビニール手袋の置き方セッティングに、心配りが欲しかったなぁ。 なので、期待を込めて!星3つです。 改善して欲しい事。 焼石のお代わりは、初めの焼石と入れ替えでお願いします。ステーキソースが選べないなら、サラダバー横にステーキソースコーナーを作って下さい。サラダバーの飛沫防止膜は、プラ又はガラス板に変更し、見やすく、取りやすい環境を整えて下さい。ビニール手袋は、袖側から取り出せる様、設置要領を検討して下さい。２００グラムを超えるお肉をオーダーした時は、焼き加減がオーダー出来る様にして下さい。宜しくお願いします。"
