"I am surprised that this restaurant is not at number one or two on this list on a recent 10 day trip to Le Puy we ate in many restaurants and Comme a la Maison was without question one of the best. Classical, seasonal...ingredients cooked to perfection took centre stage and each dish had an imaginative, contemporary twist. In terms of quality, my main of fish on cocoa beans easily equaled that which enjoyed in the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo seriously. This kitchen knows how to cook and the price of 30 Euros for 3 courses is excellent value. If you visit, do not hesitate to eat here. Note to owner please turn the lighting down a little to create a better atmosphere! Candles in such a beautiful old room would enhance the experience."
