"I have been here a few times with friends around just after lunchtime. Service was fab by a very polite professional waiter with blue eyes (not sure of his name). The timings of our starter, mains, desserts coffee were perfect. There were...large groups who came in after us but our food was still out on time. The upstairs bar areas are really nice with an outside heated terrace but mostly prebooked with parties. I have noticed the service on an evening is different to during the day maybe needs more communication between the kitchen the waiters. Some waiter/waitresses are young forget what you have said or what you asked for. I have to say the management try their best to resolve issues that occur. This is a busy place in the evening which needs a little more order. The piano player is an excellent touch to your meal different to most eateries. The new dessert counter is very nice chocolate orange cake is amazing along with their selections of cheesecakes ice creams. My favourite starter is Fish Tikka the chicken tikka kebab at lunchtime is great value for money. If you want a peaceful meal go during the day or lunchtime....for more atmosphere evenings is good or even for a drink at the bar."

"Overpriced burgers, have to pay extra for very small sides and koleslaw. £8.50 for a sharer share of chips that is only large enough for one. small burger service fee on bill if already overpriced. we will not return. left feeling very hungry."

"Kartoffel fries are perfect as they are freshly made to order with the aroma of erdnus oil. they control the time to serve the fries, are served at edible temperature. cheesy dog is not good, we prefer burger more, although they can look pricier as dogs, the fresh of the fillings and everything they can choose makes them worth."

"Absolutely fantastic! Lovely staff, amazing food, great drinks and nice relaxed atmosphere. I can definitely recommend the Hamburger Spring Rolls as well as the hangover cone (but to be honest all the food was great). Can't wait to return!"

"Right, so I know it's McDonald's and I probably shouldn't set my bar too high. However, waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast order to be made is pretty bad. The staff were all over the place and completely unorganised. They were more occupied with serving...the Drive Thru than the ever growing crowd of hungry customers who had actually taken the time to park up, get out of their car and enter the restaurant"
