"I'll start with the Cashier Nicole at the drive thru window, she have excellent Customer Service, she is always so nice and pleasant. She get my order right, she not rushy and she's a excellent listener. But most of all she always have a welcoming Smile on her face when you drive up to the window, not like these other places locally. It seems like they don't want to be bothered but they'll take your order and your money and throw mess of an order out the window to you and they just want you out of there face. And that's so rude. Nicole got it right and every way. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKE YOU WANT TO COME BACK. I hope the employees around her learn from working and watching her, she's a great example for others to mimic."

"While the food can be good I will say it is not worth the wait. Tables are usually dirty because they don't have someone that cleans them when guests leave. The food is slowwwwww to come out. No urgency to get people served. And I've been here enough times to know that the service will not ever change. Sad. Ordered the Branded Cheeseburger $8.24 with Onion Rings $2.99 And two chicken strip orders. Waited 55 minutes."

"We stayed in Richmond Virginia for the day and our cousin suggested meeting him there for breakfast. I was very impressed by the community participation in which the restaurant is involved and it was a clean and attractive layout. Very suitable for an old Virginia City. I had the country fried steak capability, my wife had the choired cattle cock capability. The food was excellent! Our waitress was very attentive, although the restaurant was very busy. The presence of a score of Pagern shows how busy the restaurant sometimes becomes. I hope the circumstances give us another reason to stop there in the future."

"Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTRAVELS and EATWELLTRAVELOFTENWe've been wanting to try this place for a while but we always seem to miss them, as they close at 2, but Friday we made it.Upon entry, we were greeted by busy but friendly staff. The service was attentive but took a little longer as you would expect at lunch.Mom had the beef stew special with cornbread. The stew was full of tender beef and vegetables. The soup was thinner than we're use to but very flavourful. She enjoyed it very much.Diane had the grilled chicken with mac cheese and green beans. When they placed the plate on the table, you could smell that grill on the chicken and it looked perfect. It was as good as it looked, tender and jucy, with a fantastic taste. Homemade the mac cheese was thick and the flavor was just right. Even the green beans were season nicely.I had the cheese burger and fries. Pretty simple meal done real well. Good size patty and a toasted bun and the french fries were crispy and fresh. All the elements came together to make it enjoyable.Everything here is scratch made and it showed. Co-owner Kim said she and her sister Jenny have been doing it for over 30 years and their experience and care to do it right made this a restaurant we look forward to returning to again and again.Three thumbs-up ???"
