"We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant as it was our first time in Nuremberg. We walked into the restaurant and waited to be seated but was ignored.. so I asked a middle aged lady with blonde hair and.glasses if we could have...a table , she shooed us out by the door and spoke some german and walked off. I was shocked by her rudeness and the way she looked at us up and.down. she then came past us and I said smiling, excuse do you spk english and she said YES WHAT DO YOU WANT ?! I replied it's out first time here and we would like a table and if you have english menu, she got a menu and slapped it in my hand and I replied with.... excuse me ?! But why are you so rude and unhappy ?! The two ladies that were waiting next to us was shocked too... the blonde waitress huffed and walk off. This really upset myself and my daughter we are asian from UK so I put the menu down and left. I cannot believe this lady was so mean and rude to us. We were so looking forward to eating here. I have attached photos and I hope management can teach this staff customer service is for every customer regardless of how they look , what they wear or what race"
