"This restaurant used to be called Louis' and we used to frequent there often. But since the change in ownership they have changed the name and slowly but surely have started to make changes to the menu and food preparation. I went, for the 3rd time, a few days ago and found that they had a new lunch menu with outstanding prices....$9.95 for a variety of items...it's almost not worth eating at home. We both had a club sandwich with fries and were extremely happy. The sandwich was really thick and the amount of chicken on it was impressive, more than many other places I have tried this at plus an abundance of fires. The coleslaw is ok but a bit too creamy.The also do not offer free refills on the soft drinks which surprised me as most other places do. But for the good food, and the excellent service we received we were more than satisfied. The one thing extra I hope they do is change the decor a bit more as it still is a lot like the old restaurant but I guess it's one thing at a time. I certainly recommend this restaurant and will go back many times in the future. I would have rated them 5 stars if they had updated the look of the place:)."

"Not the best experience. I was on the wrong order (7% extra.) it didn't first click in my head, as I just trusted the company when they recharge me. When I looked at my reception again, I knew that the price was wrong, so I tried to talk to the chef who took my job to correct the problem. he only believed that I gave one speech and said that it doesn't matter, and that the next day I would talk to the management if I wanted to take some kind of back. he couldn't get that right and give me 3 different prizes. I would recommend to anyone to check the order total / recipient. if the service wasn't bad, the guy said he had made me a nice pizza and when I came home to see it. the crust was burned lol and it was overcooked. overall it did not taste very good."

"The steak was served with frozen veggies and for some reasons a pickle. The mushrooms were strangely dry. One of the escargot slots did not even have a snail but mushroom and were not garlicky at all. The food also came out too fast, we were still eating appetizers when the next course came out. And the guy showing people to tables kept wanting to sit people at the most undesirable table without offering a booth even though the restaurant was pretty empty. This is the first negative comment I have ever given a restaurant."
