"I just left there ready to enjoy my meal for lunch haven't had takeaway for ages so you could imagine I was craving. Ha got back to work ready to rip into it : not even my order maybe it's my mistake as i was in a rush to get back to work and didn't check. I ordered wagyu burger with peppercorn sauce AND what i got was a cheeseburger. thanks hungry jacks"

"Was looking forward to a steak..as the website said 'The best charcoal grill '. Mmm, we asked for medium rare and our steaks were medium erring on the side of well done Yes, we should have complained and sent them back!! When the wait staff asked...how our meals were, we were honest and they said 'oh '. The colcannon was mashed potato with bacon sprinkled over the top...and the meals came out luke warm. Not a happy experience. Would not recommend."

"Went through drive-thru for breakfast and once I got home realised they missed a muffin, went back in and explained what happened and the staff fixed it no problem. They gave me a fresh one without hassle or complaint. Mistakes happen but their response to the issue was fast and efficient."
