"Absolute failure! Please do not book! You can 't access the terrace, there is neither a reception nor a restaurant as described. You can only pay by email or SMS and then check in using a code. It didn 't work though, I only came in when someone came out. Not really helpful information received over the phone, smart soap dispenser in the bathroom doesn 't work. The rooms do not face the lake either. So I have the feeling everything is going wrong here. No information sheets in the room. There 's no breakfast either. There is a glass in the room but no bottle of water?! What 's that about? The picture is the locked glass door to the terrace with the beautiful view that you can 't get to. All of the things advertised on Google don 't exist (maybe adapt instead of annoying customers?! . I wouldn 't be surprised if the hotel goes bankrupt soon, it seems like it will soon. There isn 't even a snack or drinks machine. Absolutely extinct. Is the reception not staffed because otherwise you would have to listen to complaints all day? As I said, please don 't book : P.S.: This was by far the worst hotel I 've ever stayed in, and I stay in 2 hotels on average per week :"
