"While I went to Texas family, my wife and I had lunch here and enjoyed the atmosphere. We had burgers and milkshakes, and everything was great. The service was excellent. I knew I was in the right place when they broke out the metal shake machine cup with our milk shakes. We'll be back for banana splinters before we go."

"Not the Chili's of the old days for sure. This feels very much like a national chain restaurant too big for their bridges. Kind of story. I came here to have lunch with a pair of family members and was shocked to learn the thighs of the portions comparedto the pricing of the menu. This would have been acceptable if the food had matched the same level. Unfortunately it didnot! No, I will say that the service that I received from the waitress and other staff was beyond exceptional and met the markof expectations. However, when more than two people say that their food taste like pure grease and no flavoring, something iswrong. When ordering $20 worth of fajitas. You don't expect to get stale tortillas that are difficult to chew, cheese that is sodry. Dry it must have been out overnight. Guacamole prepared in a lightning round that failed. I could go on and on but there'sno real point. I would simply say that chili needs to up their game."
