"No baked potatoes left at a steak house? The signature dish was terrible, need to fire the chef there!!!! Lobster tail was way over cooked, was like eating saw dust was so overcooked, and the steak was still mooing, bloody and cold in middle, far from medium rare, even after redirecting was still very rare! Signature dishes where unacceptable! and no baked potatoes left at a steak house, !!!!"

"A great little place for a quick lunch. Their fare is simple (soups, sandwiches, burgers, etc.) and everything is made from scratch which is a refreshing change from the frozen stuff we usually encounter. You'll usually see a lunch special - today was Penne & meatballs with salad for $6.50 and two soups - today's selections were Pea Soup (delicious) and Hamburger Macaroni. Being small, there's not a lot of seating - just 3 tables for 4 plus seating at the counter - but they offer take-out. I'd go there anytime !"

"Stopped here for lunch and completely worth it! Food was fresh and really good, stack burger and fries. Not greasy or heavy! Milkshake - AMAZING!! I would definitely go back for one! Friendly and welcoming staff! A good stop for sure would recommend it 100%."

"We went for a work lunch, I ordered a medium pouting with mozzarella and bacon. The portion sizes are huge! My lunch was delicious, served hot and the wait was not long at all. Service was friendly. It's a small place, but oh so good."

"When I went a couple weeks after opening, there was a huge buzz about this awesome new place, finally I wouldn 't have to go to the states, to Clydes, to get a decent food truck burger. After going to the trading post, and sampling some...of the fares, I was somewhat satisfied, on special, not too bad. However, when I went to Big Daddys, I left with a Big Disappointment. The burgers were pinkish, the buns were soggy and the toppings seemed slapped on haphazzardly, I know they just opened but I mean, damn, really, it wasn 't even busy. They take only cash, which kinda sucks depending on who you are, and they didnt have fries at the time. If you are into the whole fresh local free range non gmo local organic craze then yeah, it could be your mecca, but with stackburger and the two places across the river for burgers, this place kinda falls short for me, I see they have some wild offerings on their facebook, but that means I have to go pull out cash somewhere and make it a thing to go and wait, and hope it isint as bad as the 1st time."

"I hadn't eaten before my flight, and there really wasn't any restaurants on the way to the airport out of the city, so I was paying the airport had something more than vending machines. When I arrived at the airport they had a little diner, and I was starved, so was willing to eat anything. What a wonderful surprise this little spot was. Seems to be run by a father and his daughter, both were very friendly. I had a hot hamburger sandwich, which was just excellent! Fresh meat, apparently they never use frozen, nice hand cut fries, and smothered in gravy. It was delicious.Next time in in the Sault, I will purposefully forgo the restaurants in town before my flight, and eat there again!"
