The kitchen became disgusting, the child did not even eat his favorite puree soup. Previously, puree soup was served with a piece of dried baguette anointed with delicious spicy butter, now it is just a piece of white bread, not aesthetically pleasing and not tasty. Even the children 's favorite nuggets and french fries are not tasty at all. The kids even changed their minds about taking the cheesecake. Пришли к назначенному времени, был предзаказ, чтобы не сидеть и не ждать основное блюдо,. Но предзаказ принесли когда мы только о нем напомнили !!! В зале посетителей было ооочень мало, но официанта приходилось постоянно звать и ловить её взгляд, сделайте кнопку вызова ! Когда заказали блюдо фахитас, мы ждали его оооочень долго, было желание уже просто встать и уйти, пришлось идти искать официанта и напоминать что мы ждём уже более 30 минут, ну а то что принесли на тарелке которое в общем времени ждали 40 минут от заказа до подачи просто не порадовало. Кухня стала отвратительная, даже любимый суп пюре ребенок не съел. Раньше суп пюре подавали с кусочком подсушенного багета помазанного вкусным пряным маслом, теперь это просто кусочек белого хлеба, не эстетично и не вкусно. Даже любимые детьми нагетсы и картофель фри не вкусные от слова совсем. Дети даже передумали брать чизкейк. А дальше самое интересное, чтобы получить расчёт снова пришлось махать и вылавливать официанта, принесли чек и когда я спросила а где отражается предоплата, сделанная на кануне, офиц. позвала другую офиц. Подошли и попросили меня предоставить приходно кассовый ордер который мне давала администратор накануне, не предупредив что его мне нужно будет предоставлять при расчете !!! Очень интересно, то есть если бы я его оставила например в др.сумке, то предоплата бы просто не засчиталась. Нашла я этот приходник и у меня его офиц.забрала, говоря что у них это так делается, потому что бухгалтерия должна видеть что у них была предоплата ! Хотя их приходник уже был на кануне. Сдачу официант просто подошла и молча пехнула из за спины ребенка на край стола, мы даже не заметили, потому что общались между собой, хотя расчет всегда должен быть передан в руки оплатившему заказ. Вообщем это заведение выбыло из списка любимых где можно было вкусно покушать . Даже дети остались не довольны, хотя как можно испортить картофель фри и нагетсы, но им и это удалось."

Девушка перезванивала три раза, разговаривала нехотя. Но в итоге сказала, что можно со своим, если заказываете випку, депозит 1500 р. Нас все утроило, я ещё переспросила можно ли со своим, мне ответили да и диалог завершился. Но когда мы зашли в кальянную, нас попросили подождать, т.к. в випке сидел мужчина хотя я бронировала неделю назад! . Нас проводили и девушка любезно сообщила нам, что у них пробковый сбор. В меню не указано за что и сколько этот пробковый сбор, не понимаю почему я должна верить на слово официанту. Уважаемые владельцы данного заведения, объясните, зачем я тогда звонила, уточняла, если ваши сотрудники не могут проконсультировать должным образом изначально? Официант зашёл к нам 1 раз поинтересоваться, есть ли грязная посуда. Кальянщик за 4 часа не зашёл ни разу. Пепел с углей снимали сами. Комната маленькая не уютная, холодная, дали пледы, а они с каким то запахом. Мясо шашлык жесткое, как резина. Есть невозможно. Лапша с морепродуктами вкусная. В этот день была акция: при заказе кальяна чай в подарок, так и не дали. Не рекомендую данное место к посещению"
