"I visit this locally almost weekly and I am always pleasantly surprised by the ingenious lunch menus. only a warm meal is offered here and only vegetarian. suppe or salate are selectable, equally large or small portion. Usually there is something oriental or Eastern European inspired, which adapts to the taste of the Swiss, model green and vegi. because the service is very efficient and friendly and the prices moderate, you can only congratulate the team."

"Chantals Künste kenne ich noch von ihrer Zeit beim Fotomuseum und darum freute ich mich schon im Vorfeld des Anlasses auf den Stehlunch im Les Coulisses. Dies, obwohl ich das Format "Stehlunch" grundsätzlich eigentlich gar nicht mag! Für mich waren die indischen Pecoras mit Minz Pesto Dipp das Highlight. Was für eine aromatisch und abgerundete Vielfalt. Allein davon hätte ich mich rund essen können. Somit ist klar, wie es ausgegangen ist..."

"Besuche ich seit 40 Jahren wenn ich "Heisshunger" habe. Nach dem Ausgang, nach einer langen Autofahrt etc. Ich staune immer wieder, wie sie es schaffen, dass der Hamburger immer noch genau gleich schmeckt. Richtig heiss, gut gebraten und hat den richtigen "Biss". Nicht so ein undefinierbar matschiges Ding, wie es die grossen Fastfoodketten anbieten. Ich mag es eben so. Geändert hat sich, dass es seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr nur Ketchup gibt, sondern auch noch andere Saucen. Ich mag "scharfe Sauce" ;)"

"One of the best cevapcici I've eaten. additionally flatbread and salat. the flatbread is fresh from the ones. the salat is unfortunately a bit tight. here you can put your own salat dressing or additional sweets. overall I am satisfied, the service is good and fast, and the prices are very fair."
