"I purchased the 5pc chicken tenders. I was pulled up to wait for fresh tenders to cook. The food was brought out and I didn 't check it before I left, trusting my order was correct... so as you can see these are not tenders but pieces of tenders and some is just breading. Then I called to notify the manager but guess what no one picked up. Customer service is at an all time low. It is really sad that someone will happily serve food they wouldn 't eat themselves or pay for. It absolutely infuriates me because I have many years of experience working in fast food establishments and in customer service. Food is ridiculously expensive and when you are given substandard service it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. There 's no need to call corporate because they don 't have live representatives and will NEVER return your call. I 'm over giving businesses my hard earn money for poor goods and services."
