"My second time to Barnabys and again the food was fantastic. I had the Chinese Grilled Chicken Salad, hot not cold chicken, and it was delicious. The grilled chicken taste taste tastes practically in your mouth and was consistent for the first time that I had her grilled chicken. The dressing was perfect with its slightly sweet taste, but not overwhelming. I ordered the little one and couldn't finish the whole salad. A very satisfying lunch with great service."

"Came after a workout and I was thoroughly satisfied. I didn?t really know what to expect but all I can say is if you haven?t tried this you should. I got the Fuego A-Go-Go and The King. Both of these tacos had beef and I was surprised at the quality of the meat. I would have expected low quality meat since the food came out so quick but it wasn?t at all. I would definitely have this again."

"Visit the birthday party of our granddaughter from the Bay Area. Service was ABSOLUTELY super! However, our order was not correct. My husband's shrimp tacco was inappropriately wrapped, most of the content fell out when he grabbed him. Has the visible spells of the male case been turned off on his arms?..."

"A train stopped traffic the other night. We sat in the line of cars for what seemed like an hour but I bet it was 20min. While we sat in traffic, hunger set in and we pulled up Google Maps to see what was around. Since we don 't get to that part of Houston often, we decided to pick a place that wasn 't a big name like Schlotzsky 's or IHOP. We settled on Barnaby 's. While it wasn 't the easiest place to get to, that 's normal for Houston. Cool little corner spot in a shopping center with large glass windows, very inviting restaurant. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere jolly, Christmas music playing in the background. First thing we noticed, the menu options are standard fare. Most every dish has some twist of flare that made it unique to Barnaby 's. Pricing was not bad considering location and quality of the food. We ordered: Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich Turkey w/ Cranberry mayo Macaroni and cheese from the adult menu (on recommendation) We ate every bit of the food that came out! The Mac and cheese had a smokey Gouda and omg it was the best I 've ever had! The pesto in the chicken sandwich was subtle and gave the chicken depth and dynamic I wasn 't expecting. And the turkey sandwich was what you expect Your post thanksgiving sandwiches to taste like But never do. Very tasty. Very comforting. All in all, I loved Barnaby 's and I bet you would too! Should I get back to that side of Houston, I will definitely be eating at Barnaby 's again!"

"Worst experience I have had at a restaurant. They weren't honoring Open Table reservations but luckily (or so we thought), we found a table anyway on our own. After 90 minutes of asking where I food was, the waiter finally said he never gave the kitchen our order (even though we asked him at least five times). We therefore had to leave in a hurry to get something to eat at Wrigley before the game. Yet they charged us for the drinks they had just brought to our table that we could not have because we had to leave due to them telling us we couldn't get food before game time (we got there two hours before the game). As a sidenote, if you were interested in something at the bar, the line was thirty people deep. I understand no one can find people to work and occasionally people have bad experiences, but this whole situation was handled very poorly."

"Never been to the Fountainview location but long time fan of Barnaby's. Really great lunch solo got the fatoosh salad which was huge. I also got a bison burger but ate it so quickly no photos were taken. Fries were fresh and tasty almost did not regret getting sweet potato fries. Also got the best lemonade and tried to finish the whole quart but alas left some behind. If I had room would have gotten a cake but next time. Oh saw the cutest pups on the patio because they are dog friendly. Service was excellent certainly will make this stop again.Vegetarian options: I have had there veggie burger which is a great option. They can make any burger with the veggie patty."
