"Most incompetent collection of idiots ever. They locked the doors because they had a rush, I was just there to pick up my mobile order. I finally got in and wanted to add something to my order and they said there is no drawer in the register so I cannot order inside. I pointed to the drive thru register, he tells me that is for the drive-thru. Was asked several times if I needed something, kept telling them I’m waiting for my mobile order. So after they cleared the drive-thru, they finally got my order done. Now I’m sitting in thr drive-thru line trying to tell them I need 2 orders of bacon, the kid inside keeps asking what? Bacon fries? Bacon cheeseburger? No, just plain bacon, it is a side, comes 3 pieces to an order, I need 2 orders. Just drive forward, he says. I finally get to the window and get to explain to a different kid that I need 2 orders of bacon. What? Bacon fries? Bacon cheeseburger? No, bacon, bacon only, 2 orders. He has to ask around how to ring it up once he finally understood. Every other Jack in the Box I go to puts it in a box, these knuckleheads just toss it in a bag, he hands it over and slams the window. @JackBox"

"So my husband and I placed an order on the App this morning for 6 sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. We paid the order in full. Once my husband arrived they tell him the payment didn't go through. So, he tried 3 different cards and they tell him all cards are declined. Now my husband had just used one of the cards at Walmart before arriving to get the food. I guests either him or the Manager suggested he just pay cash so he did.Now he calls me and tells me something is wrong with the cards they are not working.II checked the balance on all cards and they were more than enough money to cover the food. Secondly, I saw the charges for the App pulled from our bank account. He tells the manager this information and she tells him just to disputes the charge instead of retung our money. I think they are taking the cash for themselves."

"I've always loved Waffle House, but I've never been to this place. He was greeted by the friendly staff. I have a place, looked over the menu. It took a few minutes to order, but they were busy, which is completely understandable. Ordnet (All Star Special), got my meal, and everything was perfect! The prices are always reasonable, and the food is always plentiful. Will definitely make mine go to breakfast after work!"

"Nothing nice, but eating is as expected. breakfast, bagels, smoothies, coffee. if they want a quick breakfast with the family without oily food, as some bagel places make their food. that is the place to go. it's a bit confusing as their operations work because someone took my order, but I didn't know who made my food and where I had to pick it up. the food came out one after the other with good 4-5 minutes between and the smoothie came out after we had finished the half of our bagel. as recommended if they have time and want to take breakfast from a whole in the wall art of space. that is the place to go."

"I understand the bad reviews and the empty restaurant now. Went there for some food late and they had a system malfunction so they closed almost 30 minutes early. But we all know they just wanted to go home early versus doing their job until closing time. Such a shame. Taco Bell is a dying breed. Explains why Whataburger is killing it in sales. Thanks to their neighbors closing early"

"Quick service, and i don 't always get rude people but right now 10:30, june 30, 2022, the young lady working the intercom is extremely rude. i told her i had an online order, she didn 't even ask my name and told me to go wait in the parking lot that they would bring it to me and basically kicked me out of the drive thru saying i 'm going to take up other cars spaces when i 've been sitting here in the parking lot for 10 minutes and not a soul has come through the drive thru and they 're just making me wait for my food. today is the day my mom died 12 years ago, i wasn 't trying to be rude in anyway but before i could even say anything to her, she said pull into the parking lot and we 'll bring it out to you. thank you. and closed the window on me. i didn 't say anything further than that."

"We entered the Taco Bell and saw 4 employees immediately get up from sitting in the restaurant and rush to the kitchen area. No one stopped to take our order. Instead we saw signs on the main counter instructing us to order using a kiosk on the counter opposite the main counter. Whatever team at Taco Bell corporate offices thought this is a good idea is totally mistaken. Customer service now at an all time low with employee shortages, higher prices every where you look in our country, shortages, inflation etc., etc. Why, with four employees running to the back of the kitchen, another employee on break and eating lunch in the dining area, are we supposed to use a kiosk? And a kiosk that took a ridiculous amount of time? NO! We will not be back! Especially after we couldn 't find much regarding ingredients in our tacos. It was like we ordered crunchy tortillas ...with nothing in them. No thank you, Taco Bell!"
