"I LOVE this location, its always so busy but very fast paced and we never have to wait long. Our orders have always been perfect, never had an issue. The staff and management are always very nice as well. What I really wanted to review was this muffin, I took a picture half way through eating it because it was just SO good, I couldn't help myself. This is their Fruit n Fibre muffin and honestly 10/10. This is probably the best/freshest muffin I have ever had, from anywhere, it honestly tastes like a gourmet muffin from an upscale bakery. Keep up the awesome work!"

"Fantastic restaurant bar for vegans and meat eaters alike! The menu is split into a vegan/veg and meat/fish section, and is clearly labelled. We ordered the vegan 'From the earth ' tasting menu for £20pp and we basically got all the vegan options brought out. Everything was so delicious and filling. Their drink menu is huge wines, beers, soft drinks and cocktails. They have a whole section for just espresso martinis too. Highly recommended for a great selection of vegan offerings in the heart of Newcastle."

"Strolling past this place and noticed the menu, and thought, this looks good. Wow! Glad we did! Great find! We ordered the BIG breakfast and weren't disappointed, it was awesome! Eggs, bacon, sausages, tomato, mushrooms, chipolatas, hash brown, and toast. It was a mountain of a meal and fresh and tasty to boot!We sat to the side of the restaurant to enjoy the harbour views whilst others enjoyed the locals parading down the mall! We will be back!"

"On a Saturday Morning after a night of drinking and partying, me and a friend decide a English breakfast is needed. We head into town and see Pacific House down one of the side streets. From the outside looking in, it looks a very fancy...and to be honest, expensive establishment, but far from it when it comes to prices. There is very good deal on, which is 2 Full English Breakfasts for £8, a very good deal if you ask me. We decided to endeavour and take our seats. After ordering the food, we waited only ten minutes and the meal was ready. We were greated by a clean, and extremely appetising breakfast, fit for a king! The egg was cooked perfectly, and the mushrooms, don't get me started on the mushrooms. They where the best mushrooms I have ever had on a breakfast, and I have had alot trust me. The toast was good, the hash brown was good as well, however not much bacon if I had to make one complaint. Everything complemented each other and was a delight, especially for £4. You can get a larger breakfast for an extra £2 but this was filling enough. The staff are also very friendly, always asking if there is anything else you need, and genuinly seemed to care. While I haven't been for dinner and drinks on a night, and can only base this on a breakfast, I would highly recommend. Overall: Service 5/5 Food 4/5 Price 5/5"

"Had a Geordie breakfast which was massive and tasty. Had it about 11 and then wasn't hungry until dinner at 8.30. Very very good value for money. Cafe seems to have been done up in lockdown too and looks really modern. I really liked the menu wall and big cutlery decorations on the wall."

"Called in for breakfast with a friend and her little girl. Children lunch box was great value with lots of things in it. Our breakfast and coffee was also good value. Lovely porridge and fruit toast. Worth a visit."
