"This is the polite, personable, happy service that I will not find any other place I would travel?! I came shortly after the opening, my service dog and I were greeted on the drive-thru, I then found myself to go parking and enjoy a warm breakfast and espresso and a regular coffee and water. I enjoyed my morning ritual to play scrabble and retrieve on a clean living business. many thanks to the staff that served me. I traveled from north carolina, how nice this gastfreundschaft and friendliness?. the egg bacon cheese on croissant was mouth irrigation, would I have ordered two?. many thanks once again, I must have stayed an hour, I noticed a female worker (who arrived after the service) spending most time that I stood there on the parking talking with a parade outside the window where I sat."

"We ordered quite much, and they got our order correct. Also, we received our order in a timely manner, not too bad. However, I do think the customer service skills could use some work. No one said hi or anything, and only spoke to us to say our name for us to come get the order."

"Death for Breakfast. I can't express how poorly my friends and I were treated at this excuse of an establishment. We had sat down at a table and weren't seen for at least five minutes. Once our drink order was taken it took another five minutes for it to arrive. I ordered an ice coffee and i got hot coffee... I had to ask for a glass of ice... twice. If you like skim milk, don't bother asking, they don't carry it.<br/>Act of this terrible visit <br/>My friend ordered a Belgian waffle with a side of bacon. My other friend ordered what was called a cold platter. Said platter included what was supposed to be cole slaw, chicken salad, and potato salad. Finally I ordered two eggs over medium, three strips of bacon, hash browns and two pieces of toast. The result:<br A cold waffle where when butter is placed, it doesn't melt<br The saddest pieces of bacon that I've ever been served<br Scoops of slaw, chicken salad, and potato salad that looked so unappetizing that one could tell it came from a grocery store<br Eggs that were obviously over easy to an untrained eye, followed by four pieces of cold toast<br br/>The next two events were the highlight of our GOD AWFUL dining experience;<br/>My friend asked our waitress if he could have his waffle heated up because of the cold to touch excuse for food that he was served. The waitress didn't make a single effort to fix the situation and in fact was relieved to not have to put forth any effort to fix the situation. <br/>Lastly the grand finally, while waiting at the register to pay for substandard cuisine, my friend asked the lady that was ringing up our meal how the chicken salad was prepared; a common type of question at a restaurant. Her response was, Baby I don't have a clue. You gotta ask the cooks but don't no one have time to answer your questions Really? I mean really?<br br/>After being a server for four years I have never seen such awful service in that time or for that matter my life. Frankly I wonder how there have been any good reviews of this venue. I hope they change soon for other patrons sake because I know I will never be setting foot in there ever again."

"Limited menu, no omelets, waitress seemed disgusted when we ordered over easy eggs and potato casserole. No coffee refills, saw waitress at order, delivery and check. Cracker Barrel used to be so much better"

"The drive through was not crowded 1 car. I ordered one biscuit (plain), orange juice, and a small coffee. The coffee was only half full and the biscuit was frozen! I sat at the order kiosk for 10 minutes and had to keep asking to be waited on? This is atraining issue breakfast is a high time for customers."

"I mean, it’s a Taco Bell, right? So you get what you expect. I’m only giving 3 stars instead of 5 because they’ve never had my order ready when I place an order ahead, or at the window for that matter. They always have me pull my car up and wait on the curb, which wouldn’t be a huge deal if the only thing in my line of sight is a giant flashing strip club sign. Not exactly an appetite activator…"
