"We went to IHop for dinner to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. That was the only reason because children under 12 eat free if the regular meal is ordered by the adult. And there are some kids meal options like Funny Face etc. which my little daughter likes a lot but I would not go there for any other occasion since the quality of food is average and overpriced. There are some all-you-can-eat deals where unlimited pancakes served after you buy eggs "

"This place is always busy. It takes quite a while to wait for your food.The food, however, is good. The pancakes are huge and taste good. They make their own sausages. Our favorite is the German breakfast which includes very good hash browns. Hopefully, they can get more helpers so the turnaround for the food is faster.Because it is always busy, you have to wait for seats as well.Friendly staff though."

"We (daughter and I) were up and out early this Sunday morning, heading to a morning appointment in New Westminster. I suggested a decent breakfast would be a good way to start the day — the nearby IHOP restaurant was chosen as our go to place. I ordered their ’quick 2 egg breakfast’ (with scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, and whole wheat toast), and she ordered their ‘2x2x2’ (with scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes). Plus, coffee for two. It was good … and sure ‘hit the spot’. Bright, clean and tidy restaurant, friendly service, and well prepared food and coffee IHOP provided an enjoyable breakfast dining experience."

"Food and server was great. Lack of staff though. Manager running around bearly finding his ground. I’m quite surprise how the restaurant was worn out for only being open for a couple of years. All furniture over used paint chipped. Bring back man and women washroom and stop disrespecting women. Women need a clean place and not to mention kids."

"I've been coming here for over 15 years. It's the food. The decor is plain and nothing special. But the subs are to die for. 6" special is the best. Double steak, double ham, double capicoli, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce on a grilled bun. So good. You can taste the difference in these subs. No cardboard texture like subway or Quiznos or that place in Richmond trying to be like Paul's. Don't waste your time at those places. Come get a real sub made with care. The owner is fantastic. She's like your grandmother. Sweet and nice and loves what she does. Yes the prices are higher than the other places. But you'll leave full and satisfied. Don't expect something fancy. Just expect a decent sub. You'll be back."

"I ordered pick up so I couldn't really comment on the atmosphere however I did notice it was very busy. The hostess who took my order was super friendly and efficient. When I picked up my order it was piping hot and the flavors were very enjoyable. I have ordered from here before and will definitely return. Thanks for such great food and friendly service."
