"We were looking for an early breakfast in Dorchester and this was the number 1 on TripAdvisor, despite being 7 miles from the town. The site is a former petrol station but is nicely laid out like an American diner. When we arrived, the table in front of the door had been recently vacated, but had not been cleaned with food scraps still on the table. The staff informed us that they were having some issues with their frier and that no Hash browns were available, but no substitute item was offered which was disappointing. The breakfast arrived nicely cooked and the pot of tea was very small. The staff were not overly friendly which could have been due to the power issues that they were suffering. Overall we didn't feel that the food was particularly good value compared to other establishments in Dorset. We probably wouldn't visit again."
