"Wow was Jinsei a treat! Friend and I stopped by Saturday night for dinner. We were there late around 8 and it was getting dark, but it felt like a very upscale establishment lol. We splurged on calamari and three sushi roles. The calamari was light and well cooked, though the dipping sauce was a hot chili oil instead of regular sauce for tempura. It was good but if I go again I?d definitely skip on the app and go straight for the rolls because that?s where they shined. The rolls are very inspired and interesting. Meat was tender. The Hamajiku (rum raisins, fig sauce was like no sushi roll I?ve ever tried. Pretty good. But we loved the Sachihoko (eel/unagi and the Hatsu (Kobe beef . They had more complex flavors that worked so well together, both rolls were incredible! We liked the Hatsu slightly more : Food came quickly and service was great. Definitely recommend!"
