"This review is for their restaurant only. I didn't stay at their hotel. It's a solid Franconian restaurant in Ansbach. Like many other establishments in Germany, this restaurant is family-owned and operated. Service is excellent. Menu is quite extensive from appetizers to main course meals. Franconian dishes tend to be very hearty like American comfort foods. If you don't like/eat pork, your options will be limited. Vegetarian options area somewhat limited.
