"Due to a disease in the family, we have been looking for a location for our wedding since May 2017 relatively short-term and with a relatively high time pressure. If we knew at the beginning of our search how fantastic Sven Riegel, the hunting house itself and his entire team from the hunting house Spandau, we could have saved us a lot of effort. We were greeted with open arms and super supported with all our plans, ideas and questions. The location combines romantic flair on the water with rustic country house and is also very suitable for wheelchair users. We are very happy to have come to the Spandau hunting house and will be known with all friends how fantastic our wedding was. Thank you to Sven Riegel and his team, who have enabled us our wedding organizationally but also financially so relatively short-term! We are immeasurably grateful to you and will never forget the day!"

"Here it is served and atmosphere as expected, the service is above average friendly and really on Zack for Berlin conditions. The Wiener Schnitzel is juicy, but with a thick little crispy panad. Red cabbage and sauerkraut were dreadfully cooked. Nevertheless, especially because of waiters and beer recommended."

"A cozy restaurant with a good selection of dishes and drinks. The food was the season (Octoberfest) enstprechend. The staff was also attracted to this. Food and beverages are at a reasonable price to get. We had an event here and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We're usually used to that. At our meetings, people arrive differently and usually want to eat and drink. This is not easy for personnel. Welcome to the next event"

"So now, after seeing my photos here once something to the place here: the rat house was built in the years 1899-1905 and this year is then 110 years old, that will then be the fall on the 20th mai. the Rathaus is already the third rathausbau of charlottenburg. charlottenburg was a city built in 1705, in the year when the queen Sophie-Charlotte, wife of fried. there was the place before, but there he wore the name leutzenburg, or letzeburg or lietzow. charlottenburg is known by its castle where frittrich and Sophie-Charlotte once lived, but also by the kurfürstendamm, the most famous shopping mile in Germany, the olympia stadium where in 1936 the olympia took place and in 2006 the final of the fifa football world championships, which was won by italy church and unfortunately also were invented by a rudes foulenburg the ratt house to come back to it has a 88 meter high tower and was completely destroyed in the war until 1945, the rebuilding moved into the 60s! Today the ratt house is an administrative building with a ratskeller and a city library inside. it has a gloomy inside courtyard and when I was there, the toilet was unfortunately blocked because of vandalism! there are large valleys at the entrance and a vaulted gallery. you will find historical figures and an old fountain on the front with a small male almost like male pis: once a year should at least give guides to the tower, there are termins that are known to me in september to diekmaltag. they come by subway 7 to Richard-Wagner-Platz or from the zoo with bus m45. important: the bus x9 does not hold there! I give four stars:. märz 2015: now with new photos of me now!"

"Das Rems liegt in einer von der Schlossstraße (Einkaufsmeile in Steglitz) abgehenden Seitenstraße, wenn man es weiß kein Problem, ansonsten kann die Werbung leicht übersehen werden zumal das Restaurant von außen eher unscheinbar ist.Vor dem eigentlichen Eingang stehen ein paar "Gartenstühle und Tische", der erste Eindruck setzt sich im Gastraum leider fort.Der Gastraum liegt optisch zwischen Mensa und Werkskantine, zwischen "Haus der sozialistischen Werktätigen" und Dorfkneipe.Von schwäbischer Gemütlichkeit kann hier keine Rede sein, das, was man sich darunter vorstellt wird hier nicht erfüllt, leider.Natürlich zählt vorrangig das Essen, das Ambiente gehört aber unbedingt dazu , kann auch mit wenig Geld dafür mit etwas Engagement geschaffen werden.Die sehr freundliche Servicekraft machte den ersten, optisch nicht anspruchsvollen Eindruck des Raumes mehr als wett, beriet uns kompetent, war präsent und hatte alles im Griff.Wir bestellten für mich Maultaschen in der Brühe, Beilage Kartoffelsalat und für meine Begleitung Zwiebelrostbraten mit Spätzle, dazu einen gemischten Salat, 1 Flasche Wasser aus der Speisekarte.Diese ist relativ übersichtlich, mit vielen kleinen Erklärungen und Anekdoten versehen, neben einigen badisch/schwäbischen "Spezialitäten" gibt es auch sonst übliches wie z.B. Schnitzel, Spargelangebote etc. Auch bei der Speisekarte könnte eine Überarbeitung nur gut sein.Das Essen kam relativ schnell, große Portionen.Meine Maultaschen in der Brühe sahen optisch gut aus, allerdings auf den ersten Blick als gekauft erkennbar.Geschmacklich ok, wer aber selbstgemachte Maultaschen kennt weiß um den geschmacklichen Unterschied!Der Teig zu dick, die Füllung neutral im Geschmack und relativ fest, keine Werbung für das Schwabenland !Eigentlich hätte ich in einem "schwäbischen" Restaurant schon selbstgemachte Maultaschen erwartet, der Zeitaufwand für die Herstellung ist natürlich um einiges höher als das nur kaufen, allerdings liegen zwischen den Maultaschen im Rems und selbstgemachten auch Welten!Die Maultaschen lagen in einer Brühe, die geschmacklich fade war, es fehlte einfach der Pfiff, der Geschmack, da halfen auch die Gemüsestreifen in dieser Brühe wenig.Der gemischte Salat dazu (extra bestellt) war, tja, was soll ich sagen, wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt.Unter den frischen Salatblättern kam grob geschnittener Eisbergsalat zum Vorschein, kleine Cocktailtomaten, Paprikastreifen, Rettich und anderes wurden von einer gräulich bis ins violett gehenden, optisch weniger schönen Salatsauce ertränkt, die allerdings so schlecht nicht war.Getoppt wurde alles noch durch auf den Salat geschütteten Mais aus der Dose!Das Highlight schlechthin war aber der zu den Maultaschen gereichte Kartoffelsalat!Ein Kunstwerk, schlotzig,fein im Geschmack, einfach toll!Sollte der Koch diesen selbst gemacht haben frage ich mich, warum diese Qualität nicht bei all den anderen Dingen erreicht wird!? Oder war der Kartoffelsalat auch gekauft??Der Zwiebelrostbraten mit Spätzle sah optisch gut aus, großes Stück Fleisch, medium gebraten.Die Zwiebeln dazu waren glasig ohne Pfiff, Spätzle selbstgemacht und in der Pfanne angebraten, die Sauce war ganz ok.Geschmacklich aber auch keine Offenbarung, das Fleisch schmeckte wie ungewürztes Fleisch eben so schmeckt und in Kombination mit den geschmacklosen Zwiebeln und den von Natur aus geschmacklosen Spätzle war es eben ein geschmackloses Essen. Optisch aber nett!Fazit: Der Gast, der preiswert eine große Portion essen möchte und dabei keinen bis wenig Wert auf Ambiente legt, ist hier richtig.Preis/Leistung des Essens war hier eigentlich gut, ich meine, für 10 Euro einen Zwiebelrostbraten von ausreichender Qualität zu bekommen ist selbst hier in Berlin sehr schwer.Optisch war das Essen eigentlich gut (bis auf den gemischten Salat) und mit ein bisschen mehr Engagement könnte aus dem Rems ein richtig guter "Schwabe" werden.Dafür wäre ich auch gerne bereit, mehr zu bezahlen.Bis dahin koche ich mir das dort gegessene lieber selber zu Hause!Eine zweite Chance bekommt Rems aber auf jeden Fall!"
