"Super delicious and grandiose pizza that likes to look over the edge of the plate. A must in Berchtesgaden. Beautiful, quiet terrace. Nice and nice operation, even if the store is full. Typical Italian dishes. Salads and pasta dishes are also recommended without exception."

"I was not expecting very good pizza in this delightful Bavarian town, but our tour guide recommended it and we had enough schnitzel, etc., during our tour, so some pizza sounded like a good idea for our family. Besides, we had unexpectedly wonderful Italian food...in Prague, so why not try it here? Here 's why: 1) The pizza is tasteless. The sauce is simple tomato sauce with zero spices. Chef, seriously, throw some garlic, basil, salt and pepper into the sauce. I 've never had such bland sauce on a pizza before. 2) The pizza crust is cardboard. Seriously guys, you have to work the dough more and leave it in the oven longer for it to not be bread, but pizza crust. The two are different. Look it up. 3) OK, (1) and (2) above are enough to skip this place, but even assuming, arguendo, you are jonesing for pizza, here 's the best reason not to go here. The service is downright awful. The waitresses ignore you. They don 't know how to serve: for example, they forgot my daughter 's appetizer and then later brought it out with her pizza (literally, the gal had two plates, one in each hand, and tried to put them both in front of an 11 year old girl), and when I said, well, she can 't eat both at the same time, so she doesn 't want the appetizer anymore the waitress looked shocked. Getting more water was nearly impossible. Forget about another beer. The waitresses do not return, and trying to have one come over even if the restaurant was empty proved impossible. Math is not their strong suit either. They added up the bill wrong and when I showed them, the older woman waitress snarled at me, as if it were my fault. She threw her hands up as if 3 Euros was irrelevant. Please, grow up. If I paid you 3 Euros less than the bill, you would call the police; why should you snarl at me for showing you that you were charging me 3 Euros too much? Get the bill right; it 's not that hard. The real problem is the head waitress, an older woman who the younger waitresses seemed petrified of and who was beyond rude not just to us, but even to Germans who were stopping by asking to sit, only to hear her yell that all the tables were reserved (even though virtually all remained empty until we left). In the end, poor food, lousy service, a perfect place NOT to go to for lunch."
