"My mother-in-law and I were looking for an evening meal for our trip to monmartre. we went and just passed on le santal. the restaurant is located on the street along a small street. If you hear the gasse, maybe you could. think dark and cruel, but that's not the case, and now I never had Vietnamese food, so I was excited. when we came to the restaurant, we were shown our seats and given free fried bangs. then we ordered our meal. the food was good and so were the prices. the service was also good. I gave an average rating as this was my first time in a Vietnamese restaurant, so I have nothing to compare with it. but I think it's worth a visit."

"I had come to lunch several times in this restaurant more than 10 years ago after many medical appointments in the neighborhood. I kept a great memory of it. Food was very good, delicious sandwiches and very affordable prices for such a tasty cuisine! 10 years later it turns out that I'm once again obliged to go back to the area and pass in front of this famous restaurant. I didn't hesitate to let him find out to my girlfriend who was delighted with our lunch. We took two Bo Bun: A DELICE! And the team is super nice, we're just too good! YEAH, THEY'RE FERMED!"

"Guided by great reviews on TripAdvisor we went for a Friday dinner. Being met by a Tv and a very loud musique I was already not sure about the quality. We ordered pizza, lasagne and grilled aubergines. The portions are rather small, pizza was fine....In the aubergines there was meat and ham, lasagne was ok tasting carrots a lot. Desserts are ready made, we took ice cream and frozen lemon (sorbet in a frozen lemon). Completely put off by a HAIR in the sorbet we asked for the bill. Apparently it came from the factory but I have serious doubts about the cleanness of the place. Definitely will not go back."

"Let me start right this way: if you ate worse at a Michelin star restaurant compared to this one, you already know what it means: a perfect menu, perfect dishes, perfect place and a perfect host and service. Each single course was cooked to perfection. A great combination of spices, herbs and fresh ingredients resulted into nice dishes with an impressive texture and haptic while eating. We could compare the marinated scallops with the same dish in a Michelin star restaurant and it was ... better here. Amazing skills of the Chef. For the main dish we had chosen the rack of lamb and the pigeon. Both were simply perfect. For the dessert we had a fantastic hazelnut and vanilla tart interpretation and we concluded: the whole menu was an great experience beside of the mass tourism places in Paris. The ambiance is slightly improvable: the lights are really bright and the noise from the kitchen was a little bit annoying (the beep beep beep of the oven I guess). The hosts are absolutely keen. A very warm welcome and a nicely Good-Bye included. We loved this place. Overall it is a MUST visit if you are in Paris."
