"We visited kaspas as we were in St Helens so we decided to treat our daughter and her friend. We ordered a blue bubblegum drink with blueberry popping balls at the bottom for my daughter. A peanut butter cup Ice cream which turned out to be a milkshake for her friend but she said it didn’t matter, I think she was being polite and a banoffee cookie dough for me and my husband to share. By time we got home the cookie dough had been placed on something similar to when you buy a bag of chips so because of the sauce we couldn’t get it off the paper and the portion size was tiny given how expensive it was! It was also supposed to be candied bananas but it was just banana slices. I have ordered from previous dessert places and received larger portions for less money and it comes in a tinfoil tray so is easier to remove to eat! Considering the place looked like it only had a few customers in we waited ages for our order to the point if we hadn’t have already paid we would have walked out!"

"Popped in before going to the cinema. Ordered at till then the man cleared it and had to redo it. Then we waited nearly an hour for food it wasn’t particularly busy). When asking how long they gave no explanation. Then the food finally came he hadn’t put my coffee on my daughter had ice cream sauce instead of the correct sauce on her Crepe. I was so disappointed as we’ve been before and really didn’t expect it. I know a couple of people got a refund and left. It’ll be a while before I return."

"I ordered two milkshakes, one plain galaxy milkshakes and a Oreo coconut milkshake. I had an allergic reaction to my milkshake after the workers made a mistake with my order and added coconut to my milkshake . When I called to inform them of this, I was told it was my fault and wasn’t offered an apology. The 3 workers I spoke to were very rude and unapologetic after putting my well being at risk. I advise anyone who visits this establishment to be very cautious as these “people” don’t take in consideration to their customers or their well being"
