"I went to this restaurant last night with my sister in law and my daughter. Our server had no clue what the local summer beer was featured, didn't tell us about any specials and never once came back to see how our meal was, good thing I guess because my daughter ordered whole wheat crust and got white. The server outright lied when she said she didn't hear us order it as my daughter said WW and I repeated it for her which she pretended to write down. She then backtracked after we had to hunt her down and said they don't have WW on the menu anymore and she'll talk to someone about that. Not true. My pizza was not the same as the one I order at BP in other cities. Had to go hunt her down just to pay an get out of there! Not cool."

"We had reservations on July 3rd, we arrived at the restaurant to find it was closed for the holiday that was on Saturday. We were sent two reminders through open table that our reservation was upcoming but they didn't seem to know that they were closed either. Disappointing that neither the restaurant or open table bothered to notify us"

"We had a really good meal at the this restaurant. The food and service was good, it was a little pricey but comparable to other restaurants in the area. It didn't stand out but it was certainly a good place to eat."

"This pub has been an institution on the corner of Denman and Davie for a long time. It is known for its expansive view of English Bay. We went on a Tuesday during Happy Hour. Their lager beers were a good value but the appies for Happy Hour were mostly out of stock. So, we ordered appies from the main menu. They were chicken wings, special fries and a vietnam roll. All were overpriced and only average. Ambience was just OK as was the service. i get this feeling they are not taking care of the place as normal. We have been here a few times and previous times were much better."

"I went to the Mediterranean grill for the time tonight. While it’s basically a little hole in the wall, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding and huge. So much flavour. While it’s served in togo containers, it’s well worth going. We glasses of good wine, a beer, chicken and beef shawarma. So delish. The staf were wonderful polite and kind. Highly recommend. Not fancy. Just good"
