"We book at 15:30, which is the last hour that lets you choose (we can't attend for work before). We were late and we called to warn, but they told us to check it out and call us. It's been 20 minutes and they didn't call us, so we, hungry, got there at 16:00. Upon arrival they told us that they had cancelled our reservation (not even notified but well, they gave us food and even though they treated us well, we did not eat a drop knowing that a cook had to stay for us. In this case it was our fault, although we told them that if there was much trouble we went down, but they insisted that we end up staying at the end the food was perfect and good at all times and the waiter very attentive, but if it is true that they made us feel a bit guilty when they could have called us to unless we sigh that they had canceled the reservation and not go there expressly."
