"This used to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. I'm not sure what happened, other than COVID. If that's the reason, I'm ok with it. Here's my gripes... First, they quit offering Banh Mi on their delivery menus with DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats. Problem with that is they gave no reason to not offer it and it was their best menu offering. I literally have a history on GrubHub of ordering the Banh Mi and the cheese wonton (see below) on 4 days in a week. It's that good. Second is they changed their best appetizer, the cream cheese wonton. It used to be a custom made rectangular wonton filled with cheese and herbs and it was amazing. The best I ever had. Now it's just the frozen flower looking wonton you see at any Asian centric restaurant. I miss the old Saigon Springs. Please offer the Banh Mi again via delivery."
