"I had a birthday. Day 1 night in a year and half. Decor was simple and elegant. The food was delicious. We enjoyed every bite. We got a Cesar to share, he ordered lobsters and Diablo shrimps, which was slightly spicy (level 4) I order fillet mignon butterflies and we split potatoes and asparagus. Perfect amount to share. with a beautiful champagne. the bread is so good and the BUTTERS had to die. They had a map on the table and confetti. Everyone was so sweet and attentive. Definitely will be back"

"We celebrate many special occasions at Flemings Downtown SD and we recently went again for a double date with dear friends, the food and service never disappoints. Must haves are calamari, miso glazed sea bass, and lava cake! Husband always gets a primesteak (cooked to perfection) so of couse I get a taste of it too."

"In front of the Hyatt Regency, next to Cafe Japengo. Good location. The decor, very much what you might expect from a steakhouse. Maybe a little too dark (geschmack sache) We shared a 6oz filet with a “spicy crab aioli”. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. A few things need to be tuned up, however. 1) 35 minutes is too long to wait for your dinner. 2) The loaf of bread was burned on one end. 3) The baked potato was burned on one end. 4) The tiny sliver of asparagus was raw. 5) The waiter tried to take our plates while we were still eating. Entrees priced between $25 and $40. Sides are extra from about $6 to $10. Excellent selection of wines starting from about $25."
