"We recently visited Ginza and booked out the back to experience the Japanese BBQ buffet.We were seated promptly and that is where the service stopped. On a very hot night, drinks were in order and we waited patiently for over 10 minutes before we could attract the attention of the lady to order drinks. The menu is a bit confusing as is the buffet options (so some explanation would have been good).The majority of the food was very nice, but again spoilt by us having to ask for drink refreshments.We also had to ask for dessert which was part of the package.So in essence, the Customer Service was non-existent and unfortunately we will not be returning."
