"Ordered today at 5:30 p.m., called at 7:00 p.m. and asked where the food was? The answer was: a lot going on, a maximum of 15 minutes. The food finally arrived at 8:20 p.m. Almost 3 hours of waiting time is simply unacceptable, holiday or not, then I can't accept unlimited orders if I don't have the capacity to process and deliver them in an acceptable amount of time. Then the food was almost cold and soggy. Garlic sauce was also missing. The compensation in the form of a bottle of Sprite doesn't even come close to making up for it all. That was the last time we ordered here."
