"A Great Breakfast Was Had Here! I was craving a restaurant experience and they didn't let me down... just a solid breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries, toast and coffee. The servers were very good and made sure to collect all the COVID info beforehand. I was impressed all around actually. Thanks for the satisfying experience ?"

"So we stopped by for breakfast. I ordered the special ( three eggs any style plus home fries and toast) it was a small portion of scrambled eggs. It came with home fries that were cut very thick; therefore being not fully cooked. My son wanted toast with his pancakes. So I wasn't going to get a full order, i figured I just give him a slice of mine. So since I like rye bread and he likes white bread, I order one slice of white and one rye bread. The waitress, who was very pleasant and nice ( Megan 06) said, sorry but you have to pick one kind as the rules says you can only have one kind. I understood and ordered the white bread toast. The staff seemed friendly but the portions were too small. We most likely will not be returning to that specific location. See photo attached."

"Took my father to bistro 36 for for his 78th birthday breakfast. We both had the steak and eggs. Fabulous!!!! I've been before this is my go to spot if I have a craving for steak&eggs but father had never been here. He loved it. Alomst a week since we went and he still can't stop talking about it. They score full marks for food and service . Plus plus they have some killer coffee."

"Just came back from the restaurant. Had the Sunday lunch special - a big piece of haddock on a mountain of fries with coleslaw and as much tartar sauce as you can squeeze from the bottle for....$7 each! My wife and daughter couldn't finish their fries, and I was so stuffed I couldn't help them They also have halibut and cod, as well as gyro and souvlaki. The patio's now open, and they're licensed to serve alcohol. Apparently they have a $3.49 breakfast too."

"Great local diner in Pickering. We go for breakfast most times but today it was lunch. I had chicken souvlaki on a pita. I couldn't finish it the portion was so generous. My husband had the chicken club with fries. With two pops before tip...it was $24.00. No fancy decor but the service is fast and the food is great."

"Even though they boast a full kids menu and crayons to colour, they do not have a single high chair and only one booster seat for the entire restaurant. The first time we tried this place after the new name and management changeover my daughters were 3yrs and 1 yr old. We ordered pancakes for my 3 yr old and they charged us for adult portion, which we paid. Now fast forward a year and a half later, my husband said they had signs out for Sunday brunch. This time both my daughters ordered KIDS pancakes, on the kids menu it says 5.49, and I even pointed to it while I ordered for my kids but they once again charged us $7.00 each. No wonder the pancakes were so big, she must've charged us adult size. At the time to pay, the server gave us the bill and we mentioned the mistake, the server said she could not adjust it with the computer system and the manager was not there. My husband graciously paid the incorrect bill again. Holy cow! How unfair was that. I was tempted to call the manager later but figure, what for? We will never step foot in there again and warn people to double check their bill. What crooks! To think they haven't bothered to correct this. The server said she would tell her manager the problem, like that does me any good for over paying, but I'm sure he still hasnt corrected the problem"

"This is my favourite breakfast spot in Durham. I live in Toronto and I drive out there regularly to grab breakfast. I love the scrambled eggs, bacon and homefries. The coffee is my fave. Lol. If you love to do regular weekend breakfast with your fam, this is cute little spot.*note* Sat/Sun mornings are always busy so be prepared to wait for a bit. But it’s worth the wait."
