"Went to Bernstein’s for a lunch. First time in many years. If you go I recommend the Rueben and the matzah ball deluxe soup. My kids had the pancakes which was fine. I ordered home fries and they came out as French fries. Call ahead or the wait can be quite long. the chicken soup is made right and the matzah balls taste so good my kids even loved them. The. Five stars is for the Jewish penicillin"

"Beautiful outdoor terrace with plenty of shade and wrought iron tables and chairs. Stage for entertainment was visible from all tables. The night we were there they had a very good folk duo with a bass fiddle and guitar. The guitar singer had a great voice! Very enjoyable to have dinner to such pleasant music. Service by Hailey was terrific. Food was out very quickly. The Dragon Bowl was awesome. With the added grilled shrimp it was indeed a very tasty meal. The Wolseley Salad was good, as well. The grilled salmon was okay but not stellar. Nice to have the focaccia served with it. There was even enough to share with my fiend who had the Dragon Bowl! Very pleasant evening all round."

"Really poor service...the waitresses were very disorganized and forgetful. The wait for placing an order, getting served and finally getting a bill was unacceptable...and the food was just warm ...edible, but not very tasty. We won’t be paying another visit."

"Visited this little diner for the first time and got just what I was hoping for - a great homemade, full of flavor burger and crispy fries. The waitress was super friendly and the food came quick and HOT! The fat boy doesn't have the fattest patty but the sauces, lettuce, tomato and super soft and delicious bun, top off the burger perfectly. The fries are just frozen fries rather than homemade which I would have expected for a small place like this but they were deep fried to a crispiness that makes them very flavorful. We got there just after 11:30 am on a Friday and there weren't a lot of people but by the time we left 45 mins later, the place was full and people were waiting. There seems to be a lot of people who call their orders in ahead of time as we saw many just come in to pick up and run.I can't wait to go back and try the breakfasts, salads and clubhouse because I'll bet they are all great too."

"Great food. if they have to stop at breakfast, they have to stop there. forget about cora and all the chic restaurants they know. here they want to be. confort and homemade food, they want a taste of it. great staff, really. low prices for the quality of eating! will go back there from qc city."
