"We have been to Bully's many times over the past decade and the trend seems to be very slow service. We stopped for lunch on Saturday 07/23/22. We sat down at a table to the left of the bar and waited, and waited, for about 15 minutes until we figured out that the tables on the other side of the bar were getting some attention. So we moved over there only to end up waiting once more. From there on the wait times were clearly evident between each step of our visit. We waited for a drink that we could see sitting at the bar while our server passed it by doing other things. The drink finally made it and then we waited again to order. We finally got to order and then waited for the food (to be expected). We waited for a bill, then waited some more to get it paid. The people sitting at the next table were trying to pay their bill as well and finally walked up to a person behind the counter to the right of the bar and were able to get the billed paid. We followed their lead and did the same. I need to mention that when we entered, nobody spoke to us even to say they would get to us a soon as possible or something that let us know that we were seen coming in. I have read the reviews before submitting this one and it is clear that the reason for the delays are blamed on staff shortages. That may be the current situation, but poor service and delays seems to span may years prior to this one based on the reviews. Staff shortages I understand, but simply ignoring customers, is not something that can be attributed to staffing. It does not take much effort to speak to a customer upon entering. As I stated we have been to Bully's many times and have seen the degradation of service and communication. I don't think talking to the owner, as has been suggested in other responses to reviews, will solve the problem. I would think that the owner would have tried something different by now. We will not be back."

"The taste of the food was between ok and good, nothing special. I had higher expectations after seeing reviews. I ordered a pasta dish with sausage. I guess pasta, sauce and sausage are homemade, but I was disappointed when the dish arrived with 3 small bites of sausage. I ordered a cocktail that arrived weak and mostly with ice in the shape of a juice glass. When the waitress noticed that I drank it in a few sips, I asked for another one, but without ice. What I got was an 8 ounce glass of milk with a dash of Kahlua in it. No way to impress. I just wanted a good drink."
