"Easily my favorite ice cream spot in Colorado so far. Josh John's has creamy ice cream in a wide variety of flavors including seasonal options, many gluten free options and even a vegan option. I love that they try to cater to so many different people. When we walk in the door, I can always smell the yummy waffle cone/bowl smell. The cinnamon waves my nose right in the door. This is a should not skip item. Their chocolate chip cookie dough is literally loaded with dough. You're getting some in every bite. I tried a corn flavor this Fall and while it was very different, it was also very good. The oatmeal cookie speaks its own language. I can hear it in my dreams lol. But my all time favorite (so far) is the salted peanut butter cup. All subtle flavors that you can pick up on one at a time if you really stop to enjoy it. Get some in a waffle bowl and take it all in. Soooo yummy!"
