"We booked a table for 10 (6 adults, 4 children) for dinner before catching our flight the next morning. Staff really friendly. Pub was impressive. Thatched roof, garden, wooden beams. Dating back to 1650 we were told. Starter and main course was really good. Most of us had lamb shank. Only downside was that we were told that the dessert would take 40 minutes to prepare. Because they did not have enough staff to cater for the number of diners, which were not that many. Including us about 30 or so. As we had a taxi waiting and had to get up really early we're we're not prestares to wait so long which was a shame. No dessert or coffeee. Couldn't finish off the meal. Recommend to arrive much earlier and allow lots of time."
