"Booked late in the day for a last minute table. All good. Owner was very friendly and helpful and had a good chat about the area as we were looking at a property in the area. I ordered chickpea and butternut squash curry with wild rice and it was very tasty. My husband ordered roast turkey and it was fresh and nicely presented. This was exceptional as we were the last diners of the lunch shift and ordering a roast late in the day is not always good! Although not moving to the area now, would definately pop in again, especially in the summer, as lovely setting on the river."
