"OMG... RECHTSSACHE on 11/12/17. We were lucky to sit right away. Erica was our waitress and had personality plus. It was nice that three other employees supported them what we demanded from lemons to the sea. The black rib eye was medium rare, served hot and cooked for perfection. The Wedge salad serves w/ranch, balsamic dressing w/chunks of blue cheese on request was fresh, cold and delicious. An excellent meal served by first-class staff. Followed by the manager who welcomed me to Texas, as I had just moved from NW Georgia two days before. Thanks for a great and relaxing meal. See you soon."

"I have been to this location a few times, so my review is to reflect that rather than my most recent experience or rather lack of experience. As I have worked food service before, when I realized it was just over half an hour before this location would close, I wanted to head inside and ask if the kitchen was still open or starting their closing tasks. If not, I would have liked to place an order to go. I instead spent the next 15 minutes standing in front of the host stand, being ignored by the staff to the point that I left. I am not the kind of person to order food 15 minutes before closing as I feel it is unfair on the cooks at restaurants. I normally have a very good experience here and the food is amazing. However, even if the kitchen was already closing or closed, to show some modicum of respect, someone could have approached to inform me the kitchen was closed (should it be true or not)."

"Pat's ribeye was beyond awesome, it melted in your mouth. By far one of the best steaks I've had. The bartender Josh was awesome, very attentive and engaging as well as a great conversationalist. Great place!"

"Took my lovely Wife and 2 boys to dinner here this weekend. I ordered the Porterhouse. My better half got the shrimp and steak. Overall we had a really good meal. When my steak arrived I noticed they forgot to add the toppings for my steak. I just asked them to remove it from the toppings from the order. When I received the bill it had been removed so no issues there. It would have been nice to have had the toppings on the steak but otherwise it was a good meal. We had the apple pie with ice cream for our dessert."

"Salad was probably the best thing I had.I asked my ribeye be medium and I was given well done. Ordered dessert and the ice cream mustve been super old. It formed ice crystals in the ice cream and it wasn't creamy at all, just icy.Overall good service, but food was disappointing"

"I only went because I had a gift certificate. I have been to Saltgrass before, but it has been a very long time.I got the tenderloin tips. I am not sure it was ever really part of the tenderloin. It was tough and fatty. The sauce it was covered in was plentiful. Probably enough for 3 dishes. But my tough steak was drowned in it.Not going back. The brisket quest is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of less that that."
