"Had a lovely lunch in here with family. Staff were very helpful and friendly even tho we had little ones with us. I had the house club Sandwich and it was great! Loved the basil mayo. If I'm in the area again I'll be back!"

"We had a table booked for 1pm and we arrived a couple of minutes before. The lights were on but the doors were locked. We went through the hotel entrance and reached an interior door where we could see a man at the bar. I knocked on the door but he ignored me. So I knocked again and said we had a table booked. He replied that he wasn't ready yet. It was around 1:05pm by this point (the pub was advertised as being open from 12 noon). So, he left us standing outside didn't even let us in to sit down. We then decided to go somewhere else and left. As we were leaving the garden area, the man opened the doors (now about 1:10pm) and looked to us to allow us in. I spoke to him to say that I have never experienced such poor service, that we had a table booked and he had ignored me, and that we had 2 children with us. He said he didn't know anything about a booking. This is irrelevant he should have opened the doors to us when I said we had a table booked. Saying he wasn't ready was extremely rude and pathetic."

"This pub has such a unique and cozy atmosphere! The man who played the piano is just unique and amazing! So talented! Baked Camembert was good, BIT please add more jam! Otherwise it’s a bit oily without it. Drinks were good as well, but a bit strong haha"

"This is a hidden gem in west london. Although a part of a hotel complex, eating was freshly prepared and of the highest quality that they would expect from an independent restaurant. the Thai dishes were amazing as well as the usual British menu. Make sure to take a walk in the london secret garden where domes are present, alone with the grenfell hommage garden and a mock beach! a spectacular place, with phenomenal spits."
