"3 stars because eating was super fresh; but the fact that most of the workers are African Americans and u young have the nerves, no ice for probably more than two weeks now, is a big problem and says a lot about who differs from the chain of command. it's hot in florida! I don't remember a lack of ice. I suggest the top plates get some darn ice asap. I may add that their free frosters are smaller than any other side of the city. with the lack of ice at all and nothing to compensate for that for customers who are not a cheating to their customers."

"Grilled chicken sandwich. Worst ever!!! Sandwich was dry over cooked and as you can see the chicken breast was cut in half and slightly burnt on the other. . smh. Come in Wendy's I paid more for better, this was worse the getting a 4 for 4.. smh!! This place was so understaffed. Only 5 employees including the manager who was washing dishes. Cashier's were friendly. This place has always serves good food until today. They need help"

"Really nice staff and the quality is always great, but I wish they would update their card readers to type to pay. I use my handy to pay for almost everything, but I must have my card on me when I come to wendy’s and no sweat that it upsets me when I sometimes get in cuz, I just don’t always have my wallet on me. should I hold my wallet to me? Maybe but I keep my id in my cell phone case so I don't use especially with all the others tap to pay card readers so that I just pay my phone. Come on, we have time!"

"To the talk drawn to have taken our order, we sat there for a few minutes never heard anything coming through them, my man moved to the window to tell them that when they spoke through the speaker, it was not heard at the end. They went and got the manager and the manager said they did not take orders in the window. my man explained that nothing was said about the speaker, and the manager said they said something. my man told the manager when something was said that it was not heard so that the speaker must be broken. then she repeated that they did not take orders in the window and finally declared, but they would accept our order. it's not our fault that nothing was heard from the redner. no need to be rude."
