"They ran from Asiago cheese for their new menu item. That was not the real problem. The whole kitchen team was on the counter when they called me to tell me they ran out of cheese. Odd, but okay. While the whole staff was circled behind the counter, the manager came and asked if I wanted another cheese. I also told her we came for the Asiago. She asked what we wanted, so I said a refund. She filled up, don't you want any other cheese? I said again, no. While he was audible and seemingly annoyed, he reimbursed the sandwiches concerned. Do not be annoyed by customers who come for a particular advertised product and that they do not want to replace a lesser item because you do not keep your inventory right."

"The lady working drive thru was rude asf and on top of that she messed up my order!! I ordered a classroom chicken sandwich with not tomatoes or lettuce and I had both of those on my sandwich. And they only gave us one straw for two drinks!! I'm very upset about this and they way y'all's workers talk to people in the drive thru"

"I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here and when we opened the package we literally found the bun with cheese inside. Such an embarrassment for this location. I went back to have them replace it and it was 5 till closing which I understand is cutting it close but I pulled up to the speaker just to be told they already closed 5 minutes til, I asked the woman if they could at least replace the sandwich they made very incorrectly only to be told again that they were closed and couldn't handle my problem. Unacceptable and lazy."

"Okay so I'm coming back to redeem y'all last night I went to Whataburger it was around about 1ish in the morning and got me a sweet and spicy bacon burger and my husband got him a number too. I have to give you all y'all's props because they listen towhat I wanted and my order when I got home let me tell y'all I'm still thinking about this sweet and spicy bacon burger whoeverthat cook was that worked at on the 1st of December at 12:55 in the morning he did his thing I'm still thinking about thatburger it was just right the cashier from the order taker everyone was pleasant and polite and my order take her he listened tome let me tell you that young black king I appreciate him for listening to me when I express my disappointment about my lastvisit and the food that I had gotten but he made sure my onion rings was fresh my burger was fresh when I tell you I'm stillthinking about that burger my husband and I all we can talk about was how good those burgers were and I just want to appreciatey'all because I know y'all get some bad reviews most of the time but I'm here to redeem y'all and it's the staff that wasworking on 12 one of 2022 last night early morning at 12:55 a.m. I give y'all y'all's props because the customer service wasabove and beyond and I really appreciate y'all and I'm going to be coming back from now on thank you that night crew that wasworking and y'all need to get him a raise Whataburger corporation give them a raise"
