"I will never come to this location again. I've tried it several times and there is ALWAYS a RIDICULOUS wait time. The tea is always old tasting and too sweet. Today, the person working the register and counting money is making my frosty and puts her hands all over my lid- gross. Then, the lid didn't even fit the cup it was too big, and it was spilling out everywhere and she looks at me like I'm growing snakes out of my ears when I said I wasn't going to accept that drippy mess into my car. Then she's pulling her mask down and trying to talk to me like no pull that back up and you back up too. The chili I got was tomato water and not even filled up half the cup. The burger was old tasting, the bread had this weird flour on bottom that was all powdery and gross. NEVER again. The wendy's downtown is bomb and always fresh."

"I have placed my order online, got an order # and total... but they didn't have my order anywhere when I went to pick it up, HOWEVER, they did it for me immediately in less than 10 minutes when it was waiting for half an hour, and the food was for the inconvenience. .. it was great!!! Good value of waiting"
